situaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica de un inmueble. Para esto, un abogado revisa los antecedentes de la propiedad.<\/p><p><strong>Casos en los que se hace?<\/strong><\/p><p>Por lo general, este se realiza en dos situaciones:<\/p><ol><li>Antes de comprar: en este caso el futuro comprador quiere tener certeza de la legitimidad del inmueble, que el vendedor sea realmente el propietario y todas las condiciones legales del bien.
